Strawberry Smoothie

This is a super simple smoothie recipe that, in my eyes, definitely mimics a classic strawberry milkshake!


  • 1 cup skim milk or milk of choice

  • 100g strawberries - fresh or frozen

  • 60g high protein vanilla yoghurt - (i.e Chobani or YoPro)

  • Handful of ice


  1. Simply blend all ingredients together and ta-da!

  • Energy: 662kJ

  • Protein: 16g

  • Fats: 0g

  • Carbohydrates: 21g

  • Saturated Fat: 0g

  • Fibre: 3g

  • Sodium: 124mg

Please note: although this is a one serve recipe it is not to say this is the perfect nutritional quantity for a meal. Everyone has individual requirements and therefore the right serving size may vary depending on your needs.
