This is a super simple smoothie recipe that, in my eyes, definitely mimics a classic strawberry milkshake!
1 cup skim milk or milk of choice
100g strawberries - fresh or frozen
60g high protein vanilla yoghurt - (i.e Chobani or YoPro)
Handful of ice
Simply blend all ingredients together and ta-da!
Saturated Fat: 0g
Please note: although this is a one serve recipe it is not to say this is the perfect nutritional quantity for a meal. Everyone has individual requirements and therefore the right serving size may vary depending on your needs.
